VTU BE 7th Semester Non-CBCS Results of Examination June/July 2017 announced All Regions:- You can Check Results at Official Website results.vtu.ac.in.

Visvesvaraya technological university has conducted examination for the BE/B TECH 7th sem(NON-CBCS) students during the academic year june/july 2017.The examination was held in the month of jun/july 2017.The results of this examination have been declared on 06-08-2017 @ 06:pm.The results of all region have been announced.The results are on the official website. All the students are advised to check their results at official website results.vtu.ac.in.
Follow the bellow steps to check your results.
Steps to check the results:-

1.log on to the official website results.vtu.ac.in.

2.On the home page, click on the results section under the examination tab

3.Their will be a option showing that click hear for results.

4.A new window will open,in that you are requested to enter your university register number.

5.After entering USN click on the submit button.

6.The results will be displayed.

After seeing the results take a print out for future preference.
About vtu cbcs sheme:
     Visvesvaraya technological university has introduced a new scheme of syllabus called choice based credit system (CBCS) in the year of 2015.The CBCS provides choice for students to select from the prescribed courses (core,elective and Foundation Courses).

      Currently many of the institutions have already introduced the choice based credit system. The choice based credit system provides a ‘cafeteria’ type approach in which the students can take courses of their choice.The grading system is considered as best and consistent  because this will helps student flexibility across institutions within the country and across other countries, and also empower potential employers to assess the performance of students. The syllabus is divided in to five module,each module constitute two units.The entire module constitute sixteen marks,eight marks form each unit.Each subject contains eighty marks for theory examination and remaining twenty marks are for the internal test.The semester system accelerates the teaching-learning process and enables flexible mobility in learning.
